Embrace Care is a specialist and rapidly growing care provider supporting adults and young people with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs.
We operate CQC\-regulated adult services in Chester and Ofsted\-regulated children's residential homes in Preston and are passionate about delivering outstanding care and creating an environment where people can thrive.
We are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team in a highly visible and influential role. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop the people function within a growing organisation, driving culture, engagement, compliance and workforce development across multipule sites.
Role Scope
Lead and develop a small team of HR and workforce professionals
Oversee HR operations across both regulated services
Partner with operational leaders on workforce planning, ER casework, and safer recruitment compliance
Drive training, onboarding, and staff development frameworks
Report into the Head of HR and Workforce
Role Requirements
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Proven HR management experience within the NHS, an independent care provider, or a regulated health or social care setting
Experience managing or supervising a team of HR professionals
Strong ER casework experience including disciplinary, grievance, and safeguarding\-related HR processes
Working knowledge of CQC or Ofsted workforce compliance requirements
Ideally located between Preston and Chester to support both sites
Salary and Terms
Up to £45,000 depending on experience
