HR Manager required for hospitality business with 80 staff. The role has a strong focus on employee relations and operational HR management. This position requires someone who is confident in managing complex issues, has strong communication and conflict resolution skills and comprehensive understanding of employment law, HR software (e.g. Bright HR) and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a third level qualification in HRM and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. The position is based in Baldonnell but attendance at sites in the city centre will be required on occasion. The position is Monday to Friday 9am – 2pm

Pay: €40,000\.00\-€50,000\.00 per year
