Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior People Partner, COO, and HR team on employment and people matters.
- Coach and advise managers and employees.
- Lead complex employee relations (ER) cases and ensure compliance with employment law.
- Attend Executive Committee (ExCo) meetings to present and discuss HR matters.
- Support talent acquisition and workforce planning across multiple entities.
- Review, maintain, and update HR policies in line with current and upcoming legislation.
- Oversee employee benefits programmes and provide recommendations and insights.
- Contribute to HR strategy development and implementation.
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Strong employment law and ER expertise.
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Experience handling complex ER cases.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical approach with experience interpreting HR metrics and data.
- Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic decision-making.
- Willingness to travel to London, Windsor, and other locations as required.
