Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M\&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Role
========

  • Support the HR Ops team on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding

  • Review HR legal documentation including employment contract, amendments, termination paperwork, etc.

  • Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications

  • Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives

Profile
===========
  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in\-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment similar to Voodoo

  • You have solid legal skills and reasoning

  • You are autonomous, organized and structured

  • You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism

  • You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English

  • You want to work in a fast\-paced and demanding environment
