8\-week placement
Location: Edinburgh (We believe in the power of in\-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 3\-days per week)

We’re currently have a unique opportunity for a student to join us over the summer as a Project \& HR Advisory Support Intern. Over the 8\-week internship, you’ll gain hands\-on experience across both HR project delivery and day\-to\-day HR operations. This role will support a defined HR project while also support operational cover for a HR Advisor. Over your placement, we’ll ensure you have meaningful work which will help develop your skills as you start out in your career.

We’d love to hear from you if you:
Are a penultimate or final year student studying a HR degree
Have a strong interest in HR, people operations \& organisational development
Are proactive \& highly organised with the ability to work under your own initiative
Enjoy collaborating with others to achieve high quality outcomes
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
To be eligible for this opportunity, you’ll be required to be available for the duration of the 8\-week internship. You will work 7\-hours per day, Monday to Friday on an hourly rate of £14\.42\.
