YOUR JOB
As an HR Interim Manager, you will play a key role in the HR departments of our clients. Your expertise will be applied across various domains, including:
- Recruitment \& selection
- Payroll and compensation \& benefits
- Learning \& development
- Employee relations
- HR Business Partner projects
- HR management
YOUR SKILLS
- You have an excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written, but can also communicate fluently in English and/or French.
- You have extensive experience in human resources and are an expert in your field.
- You are passionate about both soft and hard HR and like to stay up\-to\-date with current HR trends.
- You have a strong analytical and problem\-solving mindset.
- You can work autonomously, but also function well in a team.
- You have a commercial mindset.
- You have a flexible and proactive working attitude.
- Exciting and relevant projects, both short\- and long\-term.
