This role will act as a <strong data-start="705" data-end="736">key partner to the business</strong>, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.</p>
<p data-start="859" data-end="981">Germany is the <strong data-start="874" data-end="891">primary focus</strong>, while exposure to <strong data-start="911" data-end="947">Poland or other European markets</strong> is considered a strong advantage.</p>
