HR Generalist - Short Term Contract

Cpl Recruitment are looking for an experience HR Generalist for a short term contract (3\-4 weeks), with a not for profit organisation in West Dublin, offering hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to harness your HR skills. You must have 2\- 3 years HR experience.

Responsibilities Required:

• Proactively coordinate and support the delivery of HR processes and programmes


• Assist with the administration and implementation of HR company policies and procedures


• Coordinate investigations, under the terms of the Discipline, Grievance,


• Support the People \& Culture team in assisting with HR initiatives/projects as required

• 3 years experience in a similar position


• HR/CIPD qualification


• Excellent communication Skills
