We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll assistance, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per month
