We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll assistance, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

  • Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.

  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations as required.

  • Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.

  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.

  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Professional HR certification is an advantage.
