Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge?

We’re looking for a confident and people\-focused HR Execuitve to join the HR team supporting our BMW, Hyundai and BYD dealerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied role, is confident handling employee relations and wants to make a real difference across a growing automotive business.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical HR support across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting grievance and disciplinary processes from start to finish


• Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters


• Supporting managers with performance, absence and conduct issues


• Advising on HR policies and ensuring they are applied fairly and consistently


• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes


• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation


• Helping to develop and improve HR processes across the dealerships


• Building positive relationships with managers and employees at all levels

We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and commercially minded, with solid HR experience and a strong understanding of employee relations.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous HR experience at Advisor, Supervisor or similar level


• Strong experience managing grievances and disciplinary procedures


• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and employment practices


• Confidence advising and challenging managers when required


• Strong communication and people skills


• Excellent organisation and attention to detail


• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally


• Ideally, experience within the automotive, retail or another fast\-paced environment

£45,000 basic salary \+ bonus
