Our business is to manage hotels in France and Belgium, either directly or through franchise agreements with renowned operators such as Accor, Hilton, IHG and Marriott. WiZiU is involved in every stage of a hotel's management and operation. WiZiu Belgium manages 13 hotels, expanding to 14, operating under 3 to 4 stars brands.

Poste

As an HR Assistant, you ensure efficient HR administration with a strong focus on Hard HR, payroll, and reporting, while supporting key HR projects.

Hard HR \& Payroll Management:

• Manage payroll for Head Office and Hotel General Managers


• Administer employee contracts, amendments, and social documents


• Monitor absences, leave, and employee records


• Ensure compliance with Belgian labor legislation


• Support social audits when required

• Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports and KPIs (headcount, labour costs, absenteeism, etc.)


• Prepare documentation for Works Council meetings

• Support HR structuring, digitalization, and process optimization projects


• Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and continuous improvement


• Provide administrative support to the Head Office when required


• Participate in recruitment projects


• Office management

Profil

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience


• Experience in Hard HR and Payroll


• Analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential)


• Fluent in French, Dutch and English


• Organized, rigorous, and detail\-oriented


• Discreet, reliable and business\-oriented


• Good communicator
