HR Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Duties
- Manage and update employee information within HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and ATS systems.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, processing applications via Salesforce or other applicant tracking systems.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
- Maintain effective communication with employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and organisational updates through social media management and internal communication channels.
- Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision\-making processes.
- Organise training sessions and professional development programmes for staff members.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement initiatives that promote employee engagement and organisational culture.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence related to human resources activities.
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms including Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools such as Salesforce or equivalent applicant tracking software.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining confidential information accurately.
- Familiarity with social media management for internal communications or employer branding purposes is desirable.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in human resources management is advantageous.
