<p><strong>About the Role </strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an <strong>ambitious HR professional early in their career who wants to grow fast in an hands on environment to follow up on the local entity (<50 FTE)</strong>. You will play a vital role within our HR team by managing and optimising the <strong>entire employee life cycle</strong> at the local level. You will collaborate closely with a <strong>Shared Service Center (SSC)</strong>, which supports operational and administrative HR tasks, while ensuring the successful local implementation of global HR processes. You act as a versatile HR professional, provide guidance to both employees and managers, and actively contribute to building a culture where employees can thrive and perform at their best. Operational tasks in Office Management and Fleet are part of the position. </p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Employee Life cycle Management </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee all processes related to recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, career development, and offboarding of employees.</li>
<li>Advise management on key HR matters, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.</li>
<li>Support performance management processes, including roundtables, budget discussions and reward communications.</li>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for employees and offer guidance on HR-related queries and concerns.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration with the Shared Service Center (SSC)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate HR-related processes in collaboration with the global/regional Shared Service Center, including:</li>
<li>Payroll processing and salary-related administration.</li>
<li>Employment contract management and personnel documentation.</li>
<li>Absence tracking and reporting.</li>
<li>Monitor the quality and timeliness of the operational tasks performed by the SSC and provide support when necessary.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Implementation of Global HR Processes Locally</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure the effective localization and implementation of any global HR strategies or initiatives.</li>
<li>Adapt global HR programs (e.g., employee well-being, diversity & inclusion, talent management initiatives) to fit local requirements and regulations.</li>
<li>Actively contribute to the successful deployment of HR technology solutions, ensuring adaptation to local business needs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compliance and Policy Administration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance of all HR practices with local labour laws and corporate policies.</li>
<li>Stay updated on changes in labour legislation and implement them into existing HR policies and workplace practices.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate documentation of employee records and compliance-related paperwork.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Belgian entity Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure local Facilities and Office management tasks.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2-4 years’ experience in HR</li>
<li>Knowledge of local labour laws and HR processes.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and act as an effective partner at all organizational levels.</li>
<li>Willing to do operational recruitment and office management tasks.</li>
<li>Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to balance strategic and operational priorities.</li>
<li>Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic work environment.</li>
<li>Fluency in both <strong>Dutch</strong> and <strong>English</strong> (written and verbal) is mandatory, French is a plus.</li>
