Assure Personnel Ltd are seeking an ambitious and dynamic HR Coordinator on behalf of our client. This full-time, on-site role focuses on supporting daily human resources operations, managing employee records, and assisting with recruitment cycles. You will act as the main point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes by posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding including contracts and induction plans.
- Maintain digital HR databases ensuring full compliance with GDPR.
- Process monthly payroll data alongside tracking annual leave absences.
- Support employee relations by organising internal staff training sessions.
- Two years of experience within a dedicated HR environment.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard MS Office applications.
- Strong confidentiality skills for handling sensitive employee data information.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with all staff levels.
