Your Responsibilities

  • Drive workforce analytics and planning across Germany and turn data into strategic insights.

  • Lead workforce analytics, planning \& HR reporting

  • Build dashboards, KPIs \& deliver actionable insights

  • Manage workforce planning and salary/bonus cycles

  • Ensure data quality and support financial/HR analyses

  • Partner with HR \& Finance stakeholders and drive process improvements

Your qualification
  • Degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field

  • 3\+ years in analytics, reporting, or planning

  • Experience in workforce analytics / HR controlling

  • Strong Excel \& Power BI skills; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus

  • Analytical, solution\-oriented mindset

  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
