As the HR Consultant, you will be the driving force for their client base, in this client lead consultancy role, focused on UK Immigration and Compliance. Duties:

• Advise clients on UK visas, immigration rules, and sponsorship requirements


• Support and manage compliance, including audits and reporting


• Stay up to date with immigration law changes and guide clients accordingly


• Advise on employment contracts and policies affected by immigration status


• Act as a trusted advisor to law firms, partners, and their clients


• Provide clear, practical advice to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role within the legal sector is required


• Hands on experience with UK immigration policy and compliance


• A problem-solver with a strategic mindset. Methodical and solution focussed


• Ability to build and maintain working relationships
