Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Co\-ordinator to support the HR Manager in delivering efficient and effective administrative services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing HR systems, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Duties

  • Maintain and update HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Assist with data entry tasks related to employee records, recruitment processes, and HR reporting.

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and liaising with candidates.

  • Facilitate communication between HR and other departments through email correspondence and internal communications channels.

  • Organise onboarding programmes and assist with employee orientation activities.

  • Assist HR Manager in managing and maintaining company car fleet.

  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and supporting HR projects.

  • Assist the HR Manager with preparing international visa applications.

  • Assist the HR Manager with collation of monthly payroll.

  • Carry out weekly performance reports for management evaluation.

  • Any ad hoc duties as required by the HR Manager.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years experience professional working experience within either an admin or HR based role.

  • Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in data entry.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.

  • Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Previous experience working with HR systems such as Sage, Who's Off is advantageous but not essential for entry\-level candidates eager to learn. Pay: £28,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
