We’re looking for a HR Business Partner with a passion for people and a drive to make a real difference. You’ll bring strong HR generalist experience, excellent knowledge of employment law and casework management as well as experience in strategic workforce planning and organisational design. Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to organisational objectives


• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, absence, and change management


• Support organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives


• Coach and challenge managers to build capability and confidence in people management


• Contribute to the development of HR policies and best practice


• Manage a small team of Senior HR and HR Advisors

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role


• Strong working knowledge of employment law and best practice


• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at all levels


• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills


• Is committed to diversity and inclusion


• Has the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and shape how we do things in the future
