HR Business Partner
The HR Advisor has a regional scope covering EMEA and APAC, with responsibility for delivering consistent, compliant, and high‑quality HR operations across multiple countries. The role works closely with senior HR Business Partners to support employees and managers, while ensuring robust execution of employee lifecycle processes, local labor law compliance, and HR operational standards across regions.
The HR Advisor, EMEA \& APAC is a hands‑on HR Generalist role with a strong operational and executional focus. The role serves as the first line of HR support for employees and managers, managing day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle and ensuring adherence to local employment legislation and internal policies. While the role is primarily operational, it also provides structured exposure to people partnering activities through close collaboration with HR Business Partners. It is designed as a development role for building strong foundations in HR compliance, employee relations execution, and regional HR operations, with the opportunity to progress over time toward a broader HR Business Partner remit.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* 3 years’ experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations roles
- Working knowledge of employment law in at least one EMEA or APAC country
- Strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and process orientation
- Experience working with HR systems and confidential data
- Exposure to multi‑country HR support across EMEA and/or APAC
- Payroll coordination experience with external vendors
- Project management

- Own end ‑ to ‑ end HR operational processes across EMEA and APAC, including:
- onboarding, employment contracts, amendments, transfers, leave management, and offboarding
- Draft and issue employment contracts, addenda, and HR documentation in line with country ‑ specific labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate, up ‑ to ‑ date, and audit ‑ ready employee records in HR systems
- Track contract types, probation periods, notice requirements, renewals, and statutory deadlines
- Apply and execute HR actions in compliance with local employment legislation across EMEA and APAC
- Support compliant handling of employee exits (resignations, end of fixed ‑ term contracts, redundancies), in partnership with HRBP
- Support works councils, employee representatives, or collective labor frameworks where applicable
- Ensure GDPR and data privacy requirements are consistently applied
- HR policies and procedures
- Absence and leave processes
- Employment documentation and payroll ‑ related queries
- Basic employee relations matters, escalating complex cases as appropriate
- Ensure consistent and fair application of HR practices across regions
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with internal Payroll and external providers
- Validate HR data impacting payroll (new hires, leavers, salary changes, absences)
- Support benefits administration in line with local statutory and company offerings
- Coordinate recruitment administration and offer documentation
- Ensure legally compliant onboarding processes and timely system setup
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver a smooth new ‑ hire experience
- Prepare HR operational reporting (headcount, turnover, absences, contract status)
- Track recurring HR cycles and statutory requirements
- Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to regional HR projects (systems, policy harmonization, compliance updates)
