Ola Accountancy Ltd is a growing accountancy and business support company, providing professional services to businesses across the UK. We currently operate from three offices and continue to expand our client portfolio across multiple industries.

Alongside our accountancy services, we have a dedicated Human Resources Department, supporting businesses with recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employment documentation, compliance, and day\-to\-day HR management. We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, reliable, and personalised service to every client.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable HR Assistant to join our growing HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR experience who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the HR department with day\-to\-day administrative tasks.

  • Preparing employment contracts, HR letters and employee documentation.

  • Assisting with recruitment by reviewing CVs, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.

  • Maintaining accurate employee records.

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Assisting with HR compliance and other general HR duties.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous HR experience is preferred.

  • A degree or HR qualification is an advantage.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • A proactive, intelligent and creative approach to problem\-solving.

  • The ability to work independently and, after the initial training period, confidently make decisions with minimal supervision.

  • Professional, reliable and trustworthy.

  • Romanian language skills are preferred, as many of our clients and employees are Romanian speakers.

  • Good spoken and written English.
