HR Assistant

  • Part-time

  • Location: Brockenhurst

  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 FTE

Join a leading sustainable business as an HR Assistant. This role supports the HR operations, focusing on managing a high-volume, seasonal workforce, ensuring compliance, and promoting employee wellbeing.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting a diverse, multinational workforce.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage onboarding, and ensure GDPR compliance.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of seasonal workers.

  • Support compliance with UK employment law and manage workforce documentation.

  • Liaise with farm managers and coordinate HR initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous HR experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and with diverse cultures.
