The key role responsibilities include:
- Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from an administrative perspective
- Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
- Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications and delivering an exceptional candidate
- Headhunt to build a strong pipeline of candidates for all open positions
- Attending industry meet ups, university talks, career events and running graduate assessment days
- Managing social media to attract talent
- Work with senior management to continually improve processes
- Organise staff training and development and manage the training matrix.
- Ability to juggle heavy workload in a busy environment
- Must have strong admin and software skills
- Must have experience and knowledge of safer recruitment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Broxbourne, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
