The Business
We are currently supporting a business in Salford looking to recruit an experience HR Assistant on a Temporary basics (4-6weeks), with an opportunity for the role to become permanent, to provide support during a busy period of organisational change.
The Role
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly integrate into the team and provide efficient, high-quality HR support in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across a range of employee lifecycle activities
- Assist with coordinating employee processes and internal communications
- Draft and issue HR correspondence, including letters, meeting invites and outcomes
- Support workforce planning activities, including employee tracking and data management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner
- Support HR leaders with ongoing projects and operational requirements
- Ensure all HR processes are completed efficiently and in line with company policies
- Proven experience working in an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting employee processes in a fast-paced environment
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Salary up to £32k DOE
