HR Assistant
Kennedys is looking for a HR Assistant to join our HR team based in Dublin. The successful HR Assistant will provide full administrative support to the EMEA region, including Denmark, France, Ireland, Israel, Oman, Spain, and UAE.
The HR Assistant has the opportunity to get a full range of HR experience including Operations, Reward, Business Partnering, Recruitment, Early Careers and Talent.

Team
The Kennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters.
The HR team is based in various locations globally across Kennedys' five regions; APAC, EMEA, US, LATAM and UK. The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Talent, Recruitment, Responsible Business, Operations, and Reward.
You will be working in a fast\-paced, demanding, and global environment as we strive to make a difference for our people, clients and communities where we work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and business
- Monitor and respond to relevant HR queries
- Ensure timely responses to requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data is accurately inputted and maintained on HR systems, producing reports when required
- Establish and maintain accurate e\-filing and storage systems
- Prepare all invoices for approval using the correct budget codes and authorisation process
- Actively participate in HR projects
- Assist in HR cyclical tasks as required, e.g. salary review, benchmarking, promotion processes, budget review
- Identify/highlight areas of improvement for processes and systems for the regions
- Produce and maintain the HR process and procedure documentation
- Constantly look to improve, maintain and update the HR intranet pages.
- HR experience in a professional services environment
- Global mindset and previous experience supporting multiple countries across EMEA
- Strong administrative and organisational experience, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information with a professional and confidential approach to sensitive matters.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under high pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider HR teams across regions and time zones.
