About the role

We're strengthening our HR operations and are looking for a structured, reliable, and detail\-oriented HR Assistant to support both administrative processes and early\-stage recruitment activities.

If you combine strong organizational skills with excellent written communication and you care about delivering high\-quality work with precision and consistency, this role is for you.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution across HR administration and recruitment processes, with real ownership from day one.

Note: we can only hire candidates already based in Portugal. If you are not a European citizen, you must be eligible for full\-time employment in the country and/or hold a valid NISS and NIF number. Please apply with your resume in English.

What you'll do

HR Administration

  • Draft and manage employment contracts and amendments

  • Coordinate administrative onboarding (welcome emails, contracts, annexes)

  • Prepare employment certificates and various attestations

  • Track employee milestones (e.g. jubilees)

  • Provide general HR administrative support and maintain accurate documentation
Recruitment – Level 1
  • Draft job descriptions and publish job ads

  • Perform CV screening and shortlist relevant candidates

  • Conduct candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards)

  • Run phone pre\-screening interviews

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
What you bring
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR administration and/or recruitment support

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written communication skills (French and English required)

  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, JobUp (Valued)
