A fast-growing FinTech is seeking a highly organised, warm, and steady HR & Recruitment Manager to support ongoing growth and help build a structured, people-focused operational environment.
This is a hands-on role combining recruitment delivery, talent acquisition, onboarding, HR coordination, performance tracking, and day-to-day people operations. The successful candidate will work closely with C-Suite and play a key role in shaping hiring quality, structure, and culture as the organisation scales.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, direct sourcing, and talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, ATS tracking, and hiring workflow discipline
- Lead onboarding, probation reviews, HR documentation, and people administration
- Support performance processes, employee relations, and internal communication
- Help build scalable HR processes, structure, and a positive team culture in a fast-moving environment
- 4+ years in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or people operations in an Financial Services setting
- Strong organisational skills and a calm, dependable approach
- Confident running direct sourcing and managing multiple priorities
- Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and structured hiring workflows
- Comfortable working closely with leadership in a scaling SME environment
