Your profile
- Strong organizational talent and ability to take initiative
- Enjoy working independently and in a team
- Empathetic character and awareness for diversity
- Very good communication skills
- Confident language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- (Ongoing) Studies or experience in HR
Your tasks
- Recruiting, job interviews and onboarding tasks
- Taking care of team satisfaction and one\-to\-one talks with team members
- HR administration including monthly salary statements
- Responsibility for employment law questions
- Office management
- Support in payroll accounting
