HR Advisor \- Coventry
The rewards
- £40,000 per annum
- Hybrid — 3 days office, 2 days home
- Interim assignment, initially 3 months
- Managing a range of employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and absence management
- Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers and employees
- Coaching and developing line managers to build confidence in managing people matters
- Supporting managers through complex and sensitive employee relations issues
- Ensuring all HR processes are compliant with employment legislation and company policies
- Assisting with wider HR projects and initiatives during a period of growth
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with strong employee relations expertise
- Proven experience managing investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases independently
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience — desirable
