HR Advisor

We are partnering with a growing and dynamic business in Coventry to recruit an experienced Interim HR Advisor for an initial 3-6 month assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, providing expert employee relations support while partnering closely with managers across the business.

Location: Coventry (3 days office / 2 days home)
Contract: Interim Assignment initially 3 months
Salary: £40,000

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a range of employee relations cases from start to finish, including, investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and absence management


• Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers and employees.


• Coaching and developing line managers to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.


• Supporting managers through complex and sensitive employee relations issues.


• Ensuring all HR processes are compliant with employment legislation and company policies.


• Assisting with wider HR projects and initiatives as required during a period of growth.


• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

• Previous experience in a HR Advisor role with strong employee relations expertise.


• Proven experience managing investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases independently.


• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.


• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.


• The ability to coach and guide managers effectively.


• A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.


• CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
