As a family\-run business operating three well\-established and reputable care homes, owing to our success we are undergoing an expansion plan with a fourth home under construction (completion in December 2026\) and a fifth in planning stage.
We are looking for a driven, passionate and innovative HR Advisor to join our dynamic team.
Job title: HR Advisor
Report to: Head of HR
Hours: 9am\-5pm Monday – Friday half hour lunch break
Salary: upto £35,000pa subject to experience and qualifications
Based at our Head Office in Northampton but travel to other sites in the surrounding counties will be required.

About the job: To support and guide our team members to ensure effective delivery of HR operations across the Group, primarily focusing on recruitment/retention, absence management, performance management and immigration.
Other duties will include:
· Liaise with external stakeholders including DBS, NMC, ACAS, solicitors, and local authorities where required
. Auditing and supporting with right to work and employment screening
· Advising on legislative changes and provide support when implementing systems as necessary
. Maintaining checks, systems, records and databases
· Being the first point of contact for HR queries across all the business areas, actioning and advising as necessary and escalating to the Head of HR where appropriate
· Provide support in ensuring data protection compliance throughout the business
· Assisting the Head of HR in other HR activities
About you:
· Travel between sites will be required, therefore a full driving licence and car is necessary
. Qualifications in Human resources preferable and sound knowledge of employment law and HR practices
· Experience in a similar role
. Experience with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining confidential information is essential
· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and IT competency
· Analytical and problem\-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
· Highly organised with a proactive and “solutions focussed” based approach
· Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of HR records
