HR Advisor
Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant
You will
Managing the full spectrum of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, flexible working and performance-related matters
Provide expert advice to the line managers on best practise, policy and procedures via telephone and email.
To produce accurate HR casework documentation - reviewing ER correspondence/documentation and supporting hearings and meetings
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35
ON SITE 1 DAY PER WEEK
