Main Purpose of the role
----------------------------

For our HR team based in Lainate, we are looking for a new colleague as HR Advisor.

The HR Advisor is the backbone of the operating model, connecting global HR strategy to local execution, providing consistent operational excellence and guidance to managers and employees, based on high\-quality data input and adherence to agreed HRIS standards, while ensuring global HR frameworks are applied effectively in local context.

What you will do
--------------------

• Manage employee relations and case management end to end;


• Coach managers on performance, development, and team issue;


• Translate global HR policies into local practices;


• Ensure compliance with local labor laws;


• Ensure data quality and update HR IS;


• Act as liaison between Global HR CoE and local business needs;


• Support workforce data insights and report;


• Escalete complex or strategic issues to HR Business Partners.

Our Perfect Candidate
-------------------------

• Degree in HR, business, or a related field;


• 3 years in an HR advisory or generalist role within an international, matrixed organization;


• Working knowledge of local labor law;


• Knowledge of HRIS platforms;


• Track record of translating global policy into local practice;


• Data literacy and strong attention to detail


• Effective collaboration across cultures in a global\-local model;


• Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive matters;


• Preferably advisory and stakeholder management skills.

The position offers a gross annual salary ing from 33,000€. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
