Job Overview

Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Own all administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Draft and issue formal employment contracts, offer letters, variation letters, and leaver documentation with absolute accuracy.
- Recruitment Administration: Coordinate the administrative steps of the end\-to\-end recruitment process. Place job advertisements, proactively screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and manage interview schedules for hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Create and share engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels to showcase internal initiatives and promote our employer brand.
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage seamless induction and onboarding processes for new starters, ensuring all right\-to\-work, reference, and background compliance checks are fully completed.
- Data \& HRIS Management: Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with perfect accuracy. Track data metrics (such as absence and sickness) to share with the People \& Culture Director and prepare data changes for monthly payroll processing.
- First\-Level Contact: Act as the first point of administrative contact for everyday employee and manager queries, directing teams to relevant company policies and escalating complex cases to the People \& Culture Director.
- 3–4 years of progressive experience in a dedicated HR administration, coordination, or operational support role.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent qualification / proven experience) is essential.
- Direct experience handling recruitment workflows, specifically with confidence screening CVs, managing pipelines, and coordinating logistics.
- Demonstrable experience managing HR databases, HRIS, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional written communication skills with absolute attention to detail when drafting formal letters and legal employment paperwork.
- Process\-driven, highly organised, and approachable.
- Must possess a calm, solutions\-focused attitude and a strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
This is a full\-time, office\-based role, so you must have a valid driving licence and the ability to commute to our Bordon and we will soon be moving to new offices in Alton.
