As an HR Advisor specialising in Learning & Development and Early Careers, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for new talent while strengthening a modern, people-centred HR function.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, engaging early careers journey while providing proactive, high-quality HR support across the site.
- Generalist HR support - Advising on employee relations, performance, absence, engagement, and retention.
- Employee Relations - Providing expert guidance on conduct, grievances, performance management, and organisational change.
- Manager coaching - Supporting leaders to apply HR policies fairly, consistently, and confidently.
- Early Careers recruitment & programmes - Leading attraction campaigns, assessment centres, onboarding, and cohort development.
- Learning & Development delivery - Coordinating inductions, compliance training, and development programmes that support growth across the business.
- Pastoral support for Early Careers - Safeguarding, legislative compliance, and creating a positive, supportive experience for all participants.
- Continuous improvement & stakeholder engagement. Working with HR colleagues, managers, and external partners (including schools/STEM groups) to enhance processes, data, and the employee experience.
- HRIS super-user responsibilities. Championing efficient, modern HR processes and supporting a high-impact operational model.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- HR generalist experience with a passion for Early Careers and L&D.
- Experience in early careers recruitment, onboarding, cohort management, and development reviews.
- Strong L&D capability, including understanding of the learning cycle, blended learning, and facilitation or group coaching.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, building trust with managers and early careers cohorts.
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
