About the Role

The HR Advisor at Rogerstone Park is a key HR Generalist role, providing pragmatic, operational HR support to site teams.

With a strong focus on employee relations, the role ensures consistent application of HR policies, supports people processes, and helps maintain a high\-performing, safe, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations and Absence Management queries.


• Manage end\-to\-end ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with policy and legislation.


• Monitor attendance, identify trends, and support managers with effective interventions.


• Support performance management, including probation reviews and improvement plans.


• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and documentation is audit\-ready.


• Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports to support decision\-making.


• Build strong relationships across the site and support engagement initiatives.

You will have proven HR experience with employee relations knowledge and the confidence to advise and challenge managers constructively in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Requirements

• Previous HR Advisor or administrator/coordinator or similar experience.


• Employee Relations experience (disciplinary, grievance, absence).


• Good understanding of employment law and HR policies.


• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• Able to work in a fast\-paced environment (manufacturing experience desirable).
