Job Summary
Wood Leisure have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join the Human Resources team based in Callander Woods Holiday Park, Stirlingshire FK17 8LE with occasional travel to Blairgowrie Head Office, PH10 7AL.
Wood Leisure operates six Holiday Parks across Scotland offering self\-catering accommodation, holiday home ownership as well as touring pitches, offering a great Scottish holiday environment for families and friends to enjoy. As our HR Administrator, you will be an essential part of the HR team, providing administrative support across various HR functions with accuracy and discretion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator in Human Resources while making meaningful contributions to our team’s success.
Applicants should have experience working in a fast\-paced HR office, handling data entry, responding to queries, and managing multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines simultaneously. Travel across all parks will be necessary to provide support to HR Manager, strengthen relationships across teams and support with onboarding (paid mileage and travel time)
Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, confidential, with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work autonomously knowing what to prioritise.
- Competent in MS Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- High level of attention to detail to produce accurate work and numeracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage with changing priorities.
- Flexibility (in terms of approach to work, working hours, scope and role).
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence.
Recruitment: Manage job vacancies throughout the recruitment process, including candidate selection, organising and preparing job offers and contracts, and coordinating induction days. Support the recruitment and retention strategy ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience from onboarding onward.
Employee Relations: deal with employee queries and supporting managers with minute taking in formal meetings, full onboarding administration collation and input and induction. Build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace.
Administration of Employee Information: all general administration of HR forms, policies and procedures to ensure full end to end maintain accurate and up to date employee records. Update personal information, employment training records.
