We are currently looking for an HR \& Administration Specialist to join our warehouse team in Germany. You will become part of our people team and help us attract, onboard, and support warehouse employees. We are looking for someone who communicates easily with people from different backgrounds and believes that great employee experience starts from day one. As our warehouse is currently being launched, you will have a unique opportunity to help build the team from the ground up and contribute to shaping processes and workplace culture from day one.
IMPORTANT: Since our headquarters are based in Lithuania, the successful candidate must be fluent in both German (for local operations) and English (for communication with the international team).
☕ Your mission at Coffee Friend:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, primarily for warehouse positions (with potential involvement in other areas in the future)
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for new employees, helping them start successfully
- Support employment administration and cooperate closely with accounting and other internal teams
- Help maintain employee motivation and engagement within the warehouse team
- Organize and conduct employee meetings, evaluations, and training sessions
- Contribute to employee development initiatives and strengthen internal company culture
- Handle various HR and administrative tasks related to employee wellbeing and development
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
- Previous experience in recruitment, especially for operational, warehouse, or blue\-collar positions
- Good English and German language skills
- Knowledge of German labor law
- Knowledge of other relevant legal acts (for example, occupational safety regulations) is an advantage
- Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork and collaboration

- Gross monthly salary: €3,200–€4,200 depending on experience and qualifications
Pay: 3\.200,00€ \- 4\.200,00€ per month
