Houskeeping - Amsterdam

We are looking for experienced Housekeepers to join our team in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for providing high\-quality cleaning and service in hotel rooms, apartments, and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.


• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well\-presented.


• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.


• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.


• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.


• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is mandatory.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.


• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.


• Be able to commute in the Amsterdam area.


• Speak sufficient English or Dutch, any extra language is a plus


• Have the correct documents to work in The Netherlands

• Starting salary: €14\.71 per hour


• 8% holiday allowance, paid out once per year
