We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Housing Support Worker to join a supported accommodation service in Erdington, Birmingham.

Job Details • Contract: Temporary (Rolling monthly contract)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts of 8:00am–4:00pm and 12:00pm–8:00pm

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role You will be providing essential support to young people aged 18–25 living in supported accommodation. The service supports individuals who have experienced multiple challenges and may have a history of exclusion due to complex needs and personal circumstances.

The role involves helping residents develop independence, access relevant services, and achieve positive outcomes, while ensuring they receive the appropriate level of on-site or on-call support.
