Housekeeping Assistant
Reports to: Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Supervisor
The role of a housekeeping assistant, you are responsible for maintaining a high standard of guest care and cleanliness in guest rooms and throughout the hotel.
About the role
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned to a consistently high standard as per brand standards and per the allocated time frame
- Ensure keys are signed in and out at the start and end of your shift
- To reject linen that does not conform to the company standard
- To ensure all equipment and trollies are kept clean and in good working order
- Follow lost property and key procedures
- Report any maintenance issues to your immediate manager
- Any other reasonable request by a member of the Management team.
- To ensure all Fire, Health \& Safety \& Food Safety Regulations are adhered to. Attending any training sessions necessary to keep you updated on new legislation and ensure compliance with all current legal requirements. To be aware of your responsibilities following the company's Health \& Safety procedures.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Enjoy working and dealing with the public, being part of a team, and the ability to work on your own.
- Be confident, pleasant, and a good communicator.
- Have a professional and presentable manner.
- Take pride and have attention to detail in your work

- To create fans and advocates of our product and business by ensuring you deliver Celeb Service to all customers by showing ‘Bravado’ and by using Consistent and Engaging customer service to excite our customers and turn each interaction into a sales opportunity to increase profitability.
