Housekeeper – Reigate Manor, Reigate, Surrey
Contract: Full Time or Part Time
Hours: 12 hours to 40 hours per week based over 5 days (including weekends)
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail\-oriented Housekeeper to join our friendly and hardworking team at Reigate Manor, a busy and welcoming hotel in the heart of Surrey.
In this key role, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.
As part of our housekeeping team, you’ll take pride in your work, show great attention to detail, and bring a positive attitude to every task.

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, and corridors
- Managing daily cleaning schedules in line with Head Housekeeper instructions
- Reporting any maintenance issues promptly to the Duty Manager or maintenance team
- Assisting with hotel laundry, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized
- Preparing extra beds (Z\-beds) as required
- Keeping regular communication with Reception regarding room status and early check\-ins
- Washing and caring for hotel linens and special items (e.g., chair covers, large tablecloths)
- Monitoring and requesting replenishment of cleaning and guest supplies
- Completing fortnightly and monthly deep\-cleaning tasks (e.g., shower curtains, bed skirting)
- Complying with all Health \& Safety and company policies
- Providing friendly assistance to guests when required
