Housekeeper

We are looking to recruit talented, passionate \& motivated individuals to join the Housekeeping team at the prestigious 4 star Clifton Arms Hotel, Lytham.

Working in the housekeeping department you will ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service are achieved.

Working relationships:

 Reports directly to the Housekeeping Manager.

 Co\-ordinate and liaise with the Housekeeping Manager in all aspects of housekeeping operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

 You must understand the customer service standards expected and receive the necessary training and support to guarantee these are consistently achieved.

 You must place a high value on cooperation and teamwork within the department and the hotel as a whole.

 You must take responsibility for your own personal development to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform your role effectively.

 You must ensure that the current service standards are consistently met in accordance with the Standards of Excellence for Housekeeping and the shift procedures in place.

 Be responsible for the safekeeping of lost and found property

 Achieve a score of 90% in the daily random ‘spot checks’ to ensure the standards of cleanliness are maintained.

 Maintain the cleanliness of the public areas particularly staircases and corridors.

Ensure that all linen duties are adhered to on a daily basis

 Conduct yourself in a way and to a standard that demonstrates the highest levels of integrity, service standards and cleanliness, thereby acting as an exemplary role model throughout the department and the hotel.

 Ensure that the arrival, stay and check out of guests are dealt with in a manner to provide the best quality of customer experience.

Working 5 days over 7 to a flexible schedule (approx 32 hours a week) we are looking part\-time staff (days only) who are organised \& hardworking.

Pay: Up to £12\.80 per hour
