Duties

• Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments which includes accommodation, kitchen, cafe, bar, restaurant and events.


• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management to ensure outstanding guest service


• Oversee human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations


• Maintain high standards of guest services by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction


• Collaborate with General Manager and Commercial Manager to develop strategies that improve operational efficiency and guest experience


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations at all times


• Manage administrative tasks including compliance, reporting, stock control, and maintenance management.

Skills

• Proven management experience within the hospitality industry or hotel environment


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work culture


• Excellent guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences


• Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee development


• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast\-paced setting with energy and professionalism


• Hospitality expertise combined with strong organizational and problem\-solving skills
