GENERAL MANAGER, 60\-room Hotel, Berlin Ku’Damm, for Casual Hoteles.
Job Description:
As the General Manager of our 60\-room hotel in Berlin’s Ku’Damm area, you will be responsible for leading all hotel operations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. Your duties will include staff supervision, strategic planning, budget control, and fostering a positive work environment.
We are looking for someone with at least 4\-5 years of experience in general management positions within the hospitality industry in Germany, a university degree, fluency in German and English, a strong commercial drive, problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
\- MISSION:
To plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities related to the comprehensive management of the hotel, supervising and leading all departments and services, utilizing the necessary material, technical, and human resources, according to company policies, standards, and strategies, to achieve defined profitability and quality objectives. This includes technical, economic, commercial, planning, and development coordination for daily and medium\-to long\-term hotel operations.
\- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and controlling all hotel operations.
- Responsible for cost control and budget.
- Strong commercial drive.
- Organizing and coordinating all activities with headquarters.
- Negotiating with, and sourcing of, suppliers.
- Team management with leadership skills, dynamism, initiative, flexibility, and honesty.
