Rae Hotel is een stijlvol boetiekhotel in Amsterdam Oud\-West waar gastbeleving, persoonlijk contact en perfectie in elk detail centraal staan. Voor onze front office (receptie) zoeken wij een host die gasten een Townhouse\-beleving laat ervaren, waarin de charme en city flair van Amsterdam tot leven komen.

Your role
Als Front Office Host ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van ons hotel en het visitekaartje van Rae Amsterdam. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
\- Het in\-en uitchecken van (inter)nationale gasten, met persoonlijke aandacht en een actieve houding
\- Het verwerken van reserveringen, betalingen en bijbehorende administratieve handelingen
\- Het beantwoorden van vragen en het oplossen van eventuele problemen met een servicegerichte en op oplossingsgerichte aanpak
\- Zorgen voor een nette, rustige en gastvrije minilounge voor ontvangst van onze gasten en het behoud van orde en netheid in het hotel
\- Meedenken over service, gastbeleving en verbeteringen
Who are you?
\- Je bent servicegericht, sociaal en communicatief sterk
\- Je bent flexibel beschikbaar voor 15\-32 uur per week, doordeweeks en in het weekend, in overleg
\- Bereid om in wisselende shifts te werken (ochtend / avond / nacht), indien nodig
\- Engels is vereist; andere talen zijn een pré
\- Je hebt oog voor detail en een professionele, verzorgde uitstraling
\- Ervaring in hospitality is fijn, maar geen must — jouw attitude telt

Your role
As a Front Office Host, you are the first point of contact and the face of Rae Amsterdam. Your responsibilities include:
\- Checking in and out (inter)national guests, with personal attention and a proactive approach
\- Handling reservations, payments, and related administrative tasks
\- Answering questions and resolving issues with a service\- and solution\-oriented mindset
\- Maintaining a neat, calm, and welcoming mini\-lounge for guest arrivals and keeping the hotel organized and tidy
\- Contributing ideas to improve service, guest experience, and hotel operations
Who are you?
\- Service\-oriented, sociable, and an effective communicator
\- Flexible and available for 15–32 hours per week, weekdays and weekends, if needed
\- Willing to work in rotating shifts (morning / evening / night), when necessary
\- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
\- Detail\-oriented with a professional and neat appearance
\- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required — your attitude matters
