Hotel Duty Manager

A busy Dublin City Hotel is currently seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to join our Management Team. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of a team that strives to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.

The position requires responsibility to manage and support daily operations across F\&B, Accommodation Guest Services, Front Office, Functions and Events. Act as a primary point of contact during shifts when the Operations Manager is off Duty by responding to queries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.

At least three years experience is required in a similar role and possess strong motivation, supervisory and co\-ordination skills

The position will operate on a 7 day balanced roster which will require late/closing shifts with fellow Managers and team members

Pay: From €42,000\.00 per year

Experience:

• Hotel Management: 3 years (required)
