We are currently recruiting for a Host/Hostess for our Iconic Rooftop Bar and Restaurant 8 at The Londoner. This role comes with Sunday and Monday as your days off.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner as a Host/Hostess in our roof top bar 8 at The Londoner.


• The role of Host/Hostess is responsible for the overall arrival experience for our guests within the restaurant.

. You will escort all guests to their tables in an elegant and professional manner including assisting with coats and bags as required.

. You will take a disciplined approach to table return times and will communicate effectively to the Floor Managers to ensure that table turnovers are run smoothly and efficiently.

• You will be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.

About You:

• Previous experience of working in a high\-end food led operation as a host or hostess. Training will be required.


• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.


• Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.


• A passion for food and beverage and the desire to keep up to date with the latest food trends.
