Hospitality Recruitment Manager
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with a background in Hospitality or Hospitality Recruitment to join our head office team. The role would be ideal for a Pub General Manager or Head Chef wanting to move into an administration role, with the opportunity to increase hours to full\-time on site, work from home or flexi\-time to suit the candidate and the role.
Quality Inns is a family run pub group with 15 pubs, caravan parks \& forest lodges all based in Gloucestershire and Devon. We have a opportunity in our head office team to co\-ordinate all of the recruitment needs for each of our pubs. It is essential that candidates hold a full drivers license for this role as you will be required to travel to the pubs as well as head office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Communication with pub managers to ascertain their recruitment needs.
- Placing adverts on job search sites ie: Indeed/Caterer/Total jobs and social media sites (within set budgets).
- Searching CV databases for suitable candidates.
- Administration of applicants and first point communication.
- First point telephone/teams interviews with candidates.
- Final interviews with pub managers of suitable candidates.
- New candidate inductions including issuing of contracts and ensuring all new starter information is completed.
- Point of contact during probationary period of new employees and managers.
- Assistance to the Area Manager during grievance or disciplinary procedures.
- Administration and encouragement to team members to join the company apprenticeship scheme.
- Communication with payroll regarding new employees.
- Experience as hospitality manager or Chef.
- Hospitality based recruitment background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft office outlook/word/excel experience.
- Full drivers license to travel to sites for interviews and meetings.
- Ability to make this job your own, working using your own initiative.
- Be available, on occasions, to work weekends or evenings due to the nature of the hospitality industry.
