Hospitality Manager - Styrrup Hall Golf and Country Club
Styrrup Hall Golf and Country Club is set in 150 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds close to the boundary of South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. The club house has a reputable bar/ restaurant \& Members lounge. There is also a beautiful Banqueting Room which is available for Wedding Receptions, Birthday Celebrations, Christenings, themed nights and other significant events.
Styrrup Hall Golf and Country Club (now part of the BHI Group) has recently undergone a significant upgrade and investment. As part of these upgrades, we are seeking to appoint an EXPERIENCED Hospitality Manager.
Hospitality Manager Styrrup Hall Golf and Country Club
Working with the Operations Manager to deliver a seamless, memorable experience for the members and customers. Support the team by creating a positive environment. Delivering a professional and respectful service both front and back of house.
- Support the Club in maximising hospitality revenue and profitability without diminishing the customer experience.
- Direct management of both the food \& beverage teams.
- Lead by example and ensure the hospitality team deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Regularly check the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment.
- Identify measures to cut waste and operate more efficiently.
- Make recommendations in respect products and pricing. researching new vendors.
- Plan the team schedule to accommodate for peak and planned times and events ensuring fully resourced three week in advance.
- In conjunction with HR, recruit staff as necessary in accordance with business requirements.
- Manage the venue’s image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Promote the club’s image in the local community advocating through word\-of\-mouth and events.
- Actively deal with customer comments in a positive and constructive manner and flag any critical circumstances to the relevant persons
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. Continuously making improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify employees who are under performing and manage their performance systematically with the aid of Ihasco training and mentoring.
- After completion of a probationary period become a licensee holder
- Ensure compliance with licencing laws, health and safety and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Key holder duties to include safety and security checks locking up at the end of the evening
- Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£33,000\.00 per year
