- Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Plan and support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources, ensuring guest focus in all decisions
- Ensure the budgets are met, effectively managing operating costs, ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and processed, following up on any discrepancies
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed
- Ensure the operation complies with current finance, payroll, purchasing, health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

- No degree required
- 5\+ years’ experience in a similar environment, including 1 year of management
- Knowledge of the Food \& Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments
- Experience in a 5\-6\* fine dining environment is preferred
- Skills in communication, teamwork, organisation, strategic thinking, and IT literacy

- Availability to work evenings and weekends for matchdays and event days, due to events\-based nature of the team
